I led the end-to-end development of a custom 360 sq. ft. residential studio addition, serving as Project Manager from the initial design phase through final city permit sign-off. The studio features a bathroom, polished cement flooring, tongue-and-groove ceiling, and a modern cantilever roof design.

Throughout the project, I managed planning, permitting, contractor coordination, scheduling, inspections, budget oversight, and quality control. I collaborated closely with designers, subcontractors, and city inspectors to ensure the project met structural, aesthetic, and code compliance requirements while maintaining high construction standards from concept to completion.
